| Since this is in my thread I will take it that you are referring to me in the above post. Please show me an e-mail or post where I actually said I was going to sue you. You throw it around all over the place, wanting everyone to believe I have been talking about it. Just post it. The closest you will find is where I said that we would know where I stood on this once the result of the tear down was complete and a problem diagnosed. I doubt anyone suing you really thinks they will get millions and millions of dollars; your pockets don't run that deep. Also, don't paint the picture that people just love to go running to an attorney with money dropping out of their hands. It is an expensive ordeal and typically a last resort. Particularly when dealing with mechanic work because you spend more money on an attorney trying to have something fixed than just getting the original problem fixed on your own. The legal system can be an effective agent in just making someone spend money. B.
